Beginner Pole Dance Workshop – Learn basic spins, turns and sample some sexy, sultry fitness moves during this 90 minute workshop. Discover the pole’s prowess and unleash a new way to train your body with this dynamic and fun workout. No experience necessary, but current exercise experience is beneficial. *Call to schedule your private individual or group session.

Exotic Moves – Find the Sensual side of fitness with this integrated workout that combines erotic dance styles, modern dance and the art of striptease in on complete empowering sexy session. These moves will build your core strength, increase your flexibility, improve your stamina and deliver a mind opening experience for all participants. Come explore the sexy inner you and walk away with a new mind, body, and soul connection.
P1-Pole Siren I Camp- Embrace your inner seductress with some sassy moves inspired from burlesque, bellydance and exotic dance while exploring the enticement of the pole. Campers will learn basic spins and moves around the pole while incorporating their sultry new dance movements into this 90 minute class. Feather boas, hats, gloves and accessories are encouraged to bring out the sass of this camp.
P2- Pole Siren II Camp- Take your pole training to the next level with more spins, tricks and transitions. This level II camp requires completion of at least 5 months of level I or instructor permission. All the basics must be mastered and a strong foundation of pole and core training present to move into this camp session.
Mind Body Camp – Explore the foundations of yoga, pilates, and core training within this progressive camp. Participants will learn proper breathing techniques, core activation tactics, yoga and pilates movements, plus gain new perspective on their posture and surrounding musculature. Expect to see improvements in your joint range of motion, stability, core strength & endurance, concentration levels, and enjoy the added benefit of stress relief.
au Naturel Yoga – A growing trend in the yoga community is Nude Yoga. This monthly program will teach how yoga postures and movements become not only a work of art, but an amazing experience when performed without the encumbrances of clothing. A perfect opportunity to connect, grow and explore a new appreciation for yourself. No Drop-Ins.
This offering is available for interested ladies and men coming as part of a couple. Single men should contact us to request availability opportunities. ~Yoga Trends~ ~Too Shy To Try?~ ~Would You Try?~ ~Why Nude Yoga?~ This small group yoga training is for those who like to venture outside of society norms and enjoy the healthful benefits of yoga practice. Contact to start a program for your group of zen crazy friends or to see if we have a current open camp available.Partner Yoga – Mix up your flexibility training and yoga practice with a little help from your friend or loved one. This workshop will share how yoga postures and movements become not only a work of art, but an amazing experience when performed with someone close to you. Design Your Own – Most classes we offer started at one time with a private group request. You can do the same to increase the benefit, the fun, and the commitment of yourself and your friends.
Custom programs from yoga styles, to exotic floor dance, pole dance, or purely fitness are available. Heck, educational programs for small or large groups are also available, so feel free to ask whatever your desire.
